Own studio-wide marketing across Nomad, Azooma and our UGC/Roblox projects. Lead community, content and playtest strategies. Think strategically, execute tactically.

You'll be our first dedicated marketing hire , not slotting into an existing machine, but building the machine. You'll shape how the world hears about the games we're making, from the Nomad reveal through post-launch sustain.

What you'll do

  • Own the go-to-market plan for each title: Azooma sustain, Nomad launch window, UGC/Roblox growth.
  • Build and run community channels (Discord, X, TikTok, Instagram, Bluesky, YouTube).
  • Design and run playtests , internal CBT/OBT cycles and public demo builds.
  • Brief and manage freelancers across content, copywriting and paid campaigns.
  • Report weekly on wishlist velocity, community growth and campaign ROI.

What we're looking for

Must-have

  • 4+ years marketing a consumer product, ideally a game or a brand with an engaged community.
  • Deep fluency with at least one of: Steam, TikTok, Discord, Reddit growth.
  • Strong writer in English; bonus if Arabic too.
  • Track record shipping zero-to-one , you've launched a real product, not only optimised one.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Saudi/MENA gaming audiences.
  • Paid campaigns (TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, Meta).
  • Community manager roots , you've run a Discord for a game.
