Be the glue between design, engineering, art, QA and leadership across our growing portfolio of narrative-rich, culturally grounded titles. Own sprints, milestones and delivery.
You'll keep a ~10-person global team moving at indie speed, ruthlessly prioritising what actually ships vs. what's precious. Our pipeline spans Azooma sustain, Nomad's launch window and exploratory UGC/Roblox work.
What you'll do
- Run weekly sprints and monthly milestones across the full production chain.
- Maintain the studio roadmap: where every title stands, what's blocking, what's next.
- Own QA gates, playtest scheduling and external publisher/partner syncs.
- Broker cross-functional tradeoffs between design, engineering and art.
- Keep remote rituals (standups, retros, demo days) tight and useful.
What we're looking for
Must-have
- 3+ years producing shipped games.
- Comfort with fast-moving, ambiguous indie environments , not heavyweight AAA process.
- Strong written English; calm under milestone pressure.
- Fluency with Notion, Jira/Linear/Shortcut, or equivalent.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Steam releases end-to-end.
- MENA-region context or Arabic literacy.
- Background in design or engineering before producing.
