About the role
Own and grow our Arabic player community across Discord and social, the Saudi-native voice of Nomad.
We're hiring a Community Manager to own and grow Ash Games' Arabic-speaking player community, the day-to-day voice of Nomad across Discord and social.
What you'll do
- Run our Discord server day to day: welcome members, spark conversations, keep channels tidy, and answer players.
- Be present live in voice channels and events, not just in text.
- Write and publish community content in a natural Saudi/Gulf voice, on brand.
- Organize events, contests and activations that grow activity and retention.
- Gather player feedback and route it to the dev and marketing teams.
- Track community health (growth, activity, retention, engagement) and report on it.
- Coordinate with marketing to sync content drops and campaigns with the community.
What we're looking for
- Native Arabic, able to write in a natural Saudi/Gulf dialect close to players.
- Prior community management experience (Discord or social); games a plus.
- A genuine passion for games and player culture.
- Strong communication, social presence, and calm conflict handling.
- Comfort with server tools, bots and content scheduling.
- Self-driven, able to work remotely and cover peak community hours.
Nice to have
- English for global audiences and Ash's EN channels.
- Light visual content skills (images, short clips, memes).
- A marketing or games background.

- Remote, part-time or full-time depending on your availability.
- Within the Ash Games marketing team, working closely with the Nomad team.
