Ash Games Studio Build Access Agreement

This Build (“the Build”) is the confidential and proprietary property of Ash Games Studio (operated by Manzoor Al-Thalith For Information Technology LLC, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). By clicking Accept & Download, you agree to the following terms:
1. Confidentiality
You will hold the Build and all information contained within it in strict confidence for a period of three (3) years from the date of download. You will not share, distribute, copy, upload, or disclose the Build or its contents to any third party without prior written consent from Ash Games Studio.
2. Authorised Use Only
The Build is provided solely for internal evaluation purposes by the named recipient. It may not be used for any other purpose, including commercial exploitation, public demonstration, or competitive analysis.
3. No Recording or Distribution
You will not record, stream, screenshot for public distribution, or create any derivative content from the Build without prior written consent from Ash Games Studio.
4. Return or Destruction
Upon written request by Ash Games Studio, you will promptly delete all copies of the Build and any derivative materials from your systems and confirm deletion in writing.
5. No Licence
Nothing in this agreement grants you any licence, right, title, or interest in the Build, its contents, or any intellectual property of Ash Games Studio.
6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
The Build is pre-release software provided solely for evaluation purposes. You acknowledge that pre-release software may be unstable and may cause unexpected behaviour on your systems. You download, install, and run the Build entirely at your own risk. Ash Games Studio, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage or loss, including but not limited to damage to hardware, software, data, or systems, arising from or in connection with the installation, execution, or use of the Build. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ash Games Studio's total liability under or in connection with this agreement shall not exceed zero (0), as no consideration has been exchanged for access to the Build. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ash Games Studio from any claim, demand, or damage arising from your use of the Build.
7. No Warranties
The Build is provided as-is. Ash Games Studio makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Build's completeness, stability, security, or fitness for any purpose.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Riyadh.
